Bloom residencial family Camp is a fun-filled, residential camp for young boys, girls in the age group 7-13 years and 14 years and above - along with their parents. Our yoga retreats allow children to discover their true nature and help build strength and confidence. These programs are immersive, combining yoga, games, music, stories, breathwork, outdoor activities, nature trails and creative improvisation.

Overall the program was very satisfying. It has helped my child to really improve on his eating habits. This program has not only focused on yogic practices but also end to end well being and development of the kid through fun filled games and challenges on food habits, waking up early, being kindful and bowing down to the universe, volunteering and body and mind well being through yoga and physical activities. Awesome package and experience to the kids as well as parents.

Thank you so much for organising such events to help children have a healthy life physically and mentally. Especially, when mental illnesses and pandemic are taking a toll on many. I can very clearly see the overall changes in both my kids. I see how my younger one ‘junk food lover’ has become aware of what she puts in her mouth and my older one had issues with her bowl which I already see has improved. They have become an inspiration to me for waking up early and doing their yoga practises and eating healthy. Lethargy has just disappeared from my younger one. Bravo to the team!!!

We (parents) are really happy with the way the course is organised and the challenges have progressed from week 1 to week 4. Akshaj is able to understand the importance of the yogic exercises and pranayam and to do them daily during Brahma Muhurta times. Apart from understanding the knowledge of pranic and non-pranic food, he has shown curiosity in knowing the value of food before consuming it. The importance of volunteering and helping the parents in daily chores has increased. The most important learning I could say is to have a feeling of gratitude and doing Namaskram to everything surrounding him.
It is a beautifully designed and conducted lifestyle course and it’s more than just yoga! I am very happy that my kid started this course at a younger age and his attitude towards life style, healthy eating has changed. He inspired his younger siblings to eat healthy pranic food as well. Instructor/guru Shlloka has been a wonderful teacher. She explained everything in a manner that kids would listen, understand and implement in their life. Thanks to all the volunteers to make this happen.
