Manage Yourself to Reduce Stress

Sadhguru says, “Stress is not a part of your life, its our inability to manage our own system.” Be it the Prime Minister, President or a peon, everyone complains of stress. We often hear people saying their job is stressful. Actually, we are not suffering our jobs, actually we will not be joyful if we are fired either.
Our circumstances are not actually responsible for stress, it is our inability to manage our body, mind, emotions and chemistry. So, stress is a situation when we fail to manage our inner self.
A person who falls in love looks at life differently and is all joyful. The moment he falls out of love, he becomes miserable.
When we are joyful, we can handle any kind of situation, we are ready to take up challenges and sail through them. On the contrary, when we are stressed, even the simplest things set up a different momentum within us and the simplest things become most difficult for us.
So, the foremost thing we need to work on is to be a peaceful and joyful human being. This can always happen if you do the right type of yoga. Yoga is a subjective science – if delivered properly, it works miracle and make things happen appropriately.
