Losing weight in general is challenging enough, but losing belly fat in particular can often feel like an insurmountable task. Take one cup each of cumin seeds, carom seeds, fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds, two-inch cinnamon stick and two tablespoons of dried ginger powder. Dry roast these spices on a low flame until it releases a mild fragrance and then grind it into a fine powder using a blender. Mix half to one teaspoon of this powder in 100 ml of hot water and consume it every morning on an empty stomach for a period of minimum 21 days at a stretch. This remedy will lead to miraculous results.
