Yoga

Yoga is the science of activating your inner energies to such a vibrant and exuberant state that your body, mind, and emotions function at their highest peaks. The processes taught in this program are very simple and complete by themselves and they nurture the physical, psychological and energy dimensions of a human being. They also improve the oxygen levels in the blood and build the immune system in the body without any external apparatus. The practice further cleanses the nadis, or the pathways through which pranic or life energy flows – resulting in psychological wellbeing and a balanced system.
